Item Shipment Schedule

If you order "Now Available" items with pre-order items, your available items will be held until all of the items in your order are ready to be shipped. We do not ship items from one order separately, regardless of availability.
If you would like your available items to arrive before pre-order items, please place a separate order.

  1. You may order other S.W.S. items and regular items along with this item. All of your items will be shipped together.
  2. There is no limit. Each customer may order as many S.W.S items as they would like to purchase.
  3. The only payment option is by credit card or credit-logo debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or DISCOVER). We cannot accept any other methods such as layaways, money orders, personal checks, Paypal, etc.
  4. Please be aware that we cannot accept any changes at all in the order. This includes cancellation, shipping address, credit card information, receiver's name, etc.
  5. If you have concerns about your order, please contact service@volksusa.com. Soon after your order is sent to us, our system will send you an automatic email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk mail. If it is not there, there is the possibility of network errors or misspelling of your email address. Please contact us should you not receive this email.
  6. In some instances, your bank may place an authorization hold for the total on the card.

Volks USA can receive orders from customers living the USA, Canada and Mexico. If you live in any other countries you may only place an order with Volks Japan. Customers from the USA, Canada, and Mexico are also able to place orders with Volks Japan.
