We ship within the U.S.A., Canada and Mexico. The shipping method for U.S. residents is UPS Ground Service. California residents will be charged sales tax.
Canada residents may choose between the UPS Standard to Canada and USPS EMS to Canada shipping methods.
Mexico residents may choose between the UPS Worldwide Expedited and USPS EMS to Mexico shipping methods.
These services require you to pay an extra charge such as customs or brokerage fee.
We are not responsible for any extra charges for customs or brokerage fees. The additional costs are not included in the shipping cost.
By placing an order on our site, you are acknowledging that you understand these terms and will not hold VOLKS USA, INC. accountable.
If you refuse the delivery because you do not want to pay the customs or brokerage fees, we require that you cover any return shipping costs aside from the initial shipping fee.
Refund and Return Policies
We accept the cancellation or replacement ONLY IF
the item is defective or the item is damaged upon delivery
The claim should be reported to VOLKS USA Customer Service within 14 days after the delivery, accompanied with the invoice of purchase.
Please make sure to choose the correct size, style, color, etc. carefully before ordering.
We are not responsible for issues associated with changes in international currency exchange rates.
