Entry TicketLottery EntryThis is only a lottery entry ticket. It does not ensure your entry to the event. Please join us in New York City for a gathering of SD lovers! Dates: Saturday, June 19th and Sunday, June 20th, 2010 Location: Instructions: 1. Lottery entries will be accepted from April 10 @11:00AM until May 2 @11:00AM PST. 2. To participate in this event you need to have a Volks USA Membership or be an FDQ subscriber. 3. Please choose if you are applying for yourself, or for yourself and a guest. One ticket is good for both Saturday and Sunday. This ticket will only allow you to attend the event. SD Workshop attendance is not included. 4. If you would like to pre-order following Volks USA Limited Items please put them into your cart together with this ticket.
You may pre-order one of each Limited Item. If we receive more than one entry for the same item by the same person, we will cancel all of that person's entries. If you would like to attend the SD Workshop and pre-order following School Limited Items, put them into your cart together with this ticket.

School head A Pure Skin Normal 5. We cannot accept orders for regular items along with the Dolls Party Limited Items. If you wish to purchase regular items, please place a separate order. If you do order regular items with these items, we will cancel any regular items in the order. 6. Please make sure to input all of your shipping information correctly as it will make registration at the Dolls Party much faster and easier. 7. For ease of processing, please make sure that your billing information is input exactly as it appears on your credit or bank statement, especially if it is different from your shipping information. If the billing address is not exactly the same as on your statement it may cause a problem when processing your payment as the system will not be able to verify it automatically. 8. Please input following information in the "Comments" section of billing page: 9. The only payment option is by credit card or credit-logo debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or DISCOVER). We cannot accept any other methods such as layaways, money orders, personal checks, Paypal, etc. 10. You may cancel your tickets and be able to receive a refund until May 23. After that point, the ticket price will not be refunded and will be regarded as a cancellation fee. 11. Please be aware that we cannot accept any changes at all in the order. This includes changes to shipping information, billing information, adding or removing Limited Items, etc. 12. If you have questions or concerns about Dolls Party, please contact service@volksusa.com before applying. Soon after your entry is sent to us, our system will send you an automatic e-mail. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your spam/junk mail. If it is not there, there is the possibility of network errors or misspelling of your e-mail address. Please contact us should you not receive this e-mail. We cannot allow any lottery entries after the lottery entry period ends for any reason. 13. In some instances, your bank may place an authorization hold for the total on the card; however, only the lottery winners will be charged. 14. In the case that we receive more ticket orders than the site capacity, we will hold a lottery. Winners of the lottery will be contacted by e-mail the first week of May. 15.
