- Pre-orders for this item are scheduled to be accepted from 11:00AM PST on Sunday, May 6, 2012, to 6:00PM PST on Saturday, May 26, 2012, but please note that the pre-order deadline may change without notice.
- Each VOLKS USA member may pre-order only one of this item.
If we receive more than one pre-order for this item from the same person, we will cancel all of that person's orders. - Please enter your VOLKS USA membership number in the 'Comments' section of the billing page. We will verify whether your information matches with what is on file in our system, so please make sure that your name and membership number are entered correctly.
If your name or membership number do not match our records, or if you forget to enter your VOLKS USA membership number, we will cancel your order. - If you are not sure of your membership number, please contact service@volksusa.com with your full name and address well before the pre-order deadline.
We will try our best to answer emails as quickly as possible, but there may be delays if we receive many inquiries. Please understand that we will not accept any late pre-orders at all, for any reason. - We cannot accept orders for any other items along with this pre-order item.
