Rina Ogata, a top idol who has it all: looks, brains, style, ability, and fame. She is Yuki's senior, both strict but kind, and now she makes her appearance as a Dollfie Dream. Her splendid set will of course include those items essential for any idol - a microphone and microphone stand. Watch out for the final representation of her characteristic stage outfit!

Instructions:
Please read the following instructions. By submitting your order, we consider it an agreement to our conditions.

1. Final Pre-Orders will be accepted from Friday, February 19th at 11:00am PST to Sunday, March 7th at 6:00pm PST.

2. Please keep in mind that this is pre-order and this item is still in development, so details may change.

3. We cannot accept orders for regular items along with this item. If you wish to purchase regular items, please place a separate order. If you do order regular items with this item, we will cancel any regular items in the order.

4. During the Final Pre-Order Period, each customer may pre-order one of each item. If we receive more than one Pre-Order by the same person, we will cancel all of that person's orders.

5. All orders received during the Final Pre-Order period will be fulfilled.

6. The only payment option is by credit card or credit-logo debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or DISCOVER.) We cannot accept any other methods such as layaways, money orders, personal checks, Paypal etc.

7. Please be aware that we cannot accept any changes at all in the order. This includes shipping address, credit card information, receiver's name, etc.

8. If you have concerns about your Pre-Order, please contact service@volksusa.com before the Pre-Order Period ends. Soon after your Pre-Order is sent to us, our system will send you an automatic email. If you don't receive this email please check your junk mail. If it is not there, there is the possibility of network errors or misspelling of your email address. Please contact us should you not receive this email. We cannot allow any orders after the Pre-Order Period ends for any reason.

9. You may cancel your Pre-Order until Sunday, March 7th at 6:00pm PST. We can not take any cancellations after this.

10. We expect these items to be ready for delivery approximately around the end of July 2010.

***Please note to these pre-cautions beforehand as Volks cannot replace stained dolls or parts: Due to Dollfie Dream's vinyl skin, this makes it susceptible to staining. It is recommended to use the DD Body Suit or Body Stocking under outfits, and the Dollfie Head Cap under wigs. When traveling with or storing Dollfie Dream, please take care to wrap the DD with a white or light colored cloth.
